Champagne BRUT

A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 15 % Pinot Meunier extracted from grapes grown on 60% sand parcels in Ecueil and 40% clay/chalk parcels in Val de Marne with 25% Chardonnay reserve wine added for finesse. The Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes lend a golden straw color with hints of red fruit to this powerful bouquet. The BRUT is appropriate for all occasions: cocktails, receptions and selected menus.

DEMI SEC

The same wine as the BRUT with 40 grams of sugar ; the BRUT contains only 10. The sugar amplifies the aromas resulting in a more voluminous mouth , a wine perfect for deserts and sweets.

BRUT Sélection

A blend of 65% Chardonnay and 35% Pinot Noir extracted from grapes grown on 65% chalk parcels and 45% sand parcels. It's greyish or pale old gold color with slightly green reflections is due to the Chardonnay. The long mouth comes from the mineral aspect of the Chardonnay grape. The wines in this champagne are selected for their elegance, femininity, finesse and lightness.

Champagne BRUT ROSE

A blend of 15% red wine, 20% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. The red wine accentuates the Pinot caracteristics: red fruit, raspberry and blueberry. It is pale pink when young and evolves from salmon pink to dark orange with age. A very original wine !
