Champagne Brugnon

A land of diversity...

Alain Brugnon's 7 ha 50 vineyards are spread out across the Montagne de Reims.

They are planted on diverse types of soil including chalk, sand and clay.

The soil varies and depending on the type, sun exposition and drainage, Alain Brugnon plants pinot noir, pinot meunier or chardonnay.

Each type of terrain lends its particular characteristics to the grapes which produce original, diverse and complementary wines.

Alain Brugnon feels priviledged to work with such diverse parcels of vineyards. This gives him the possibility of selecting that year's best parcels for his blends.

The art of choosing the right percentage of each is a passionate family affair.
